CSIO is a small intermediary organization, currently led by a team of three staff, one intern and many volunteers. Third Sector New England (TSNE) is CSIO’s fiscal sponsor.

Luz Zambrano and Kevin Whalen are CSIO Co-Directors. Along with Ann Philbin, Luz and Kevin were Co-Founders of CSIO as well.

CSIO is grateful for the leadership of a group of undergraduate and graduate student interns from local schools. Ongoing partnerships include UMASS Boston Gaston Institute, Tufts University Tisch Scholars Program, College for Social Innovation, Harvard Divinity School, Northeastern University and BC School of Social Work.
